Sunday 26 March is Mother’s Day in the UK and to celebrate we’ve rounded up some of our favourite mummy bloggers. Now, we read and love so many parent blogs, so it was really hard to narrow it down to 5, but we managed (just about!).
1. Jen, Three Kids and a Car.
Jen, from Three Kids and a Car, writes about her amazing travels with her husband and 3 children. She’s a woman after our own heart who believes that family travel is imperative to living a fulfilled life. Her blog is full of tips and tricks on how to make travelling with little ones easier. Our personal favourite reads are her ‘Tips for Flying with an Older Infant (6-12 months)‘ and ‘Tips for Sharing a Hotel Room with Your Infant or Toddler‘.
You can find Three Kids and a Car over at www.threekidsandacar.com, and also on Twitter and Facebook.
2. Laura, Laura’s Lovely Blog.
Beautifully designed, Laura’s Lovely Blog is an expression of all the things this mum loves in life. Focusing on life as a mother and wife, as well as her addiction to books and handbags, Laura frequently writes about her lifestyle and family. She also recently wrote a great review on one of our car organisers, which can be found here. We loved her ‘Things We Did in the Summer Holidays‘ post and her frequent ‘Handbag of the Month’ updates
Find Laura over at www.laurasummers.co.uk or on Facebook and Twitter.
3. Simone, Married to a Geek.
Mum of two, Simone, began writing her blog in 2013 as a hobby. She loves all things fashion, beauty and travel and regularly writes about her eleven-year-old boy and one-year-old girl. If you’re struggling to think of what to make your mum for breakfast this Mother’s Day, her recent post on the subject will help you. Meanwhile, we found her UK Staycations post really useful when planning a trip away last summer
Read more of Simone’s posts over on the Married To a Geek blog. You can also find her on Twitter and Instagram.
4. Aby, You Baby Me Mummy
Self-dubbed Mamtrepeneur, Aby, currently offers free blogging productivity courses as well as being mummy to her beautiful daughter. An extremely inspiring, professional blogger, Aby’s blog You Baby Me Mummy is a great resource for anyone wanting to start or improve their own blog. She also offers blog coaching and advice.
Discover more over on the You Baby Me Mummy blog, www.youbabymemummy.com or via Twitter.
5. Michaela, Adventures of a Yorkshire Mum.
Mum of three boys, Michaela, writes about her family and lifestyle over at Adventures of a Yorkshire Mum. What began as a place to document her family’s growth, has turned into a successful blog where she regularly updates her readers with kid-friendly recipes, family milestones and product reviews. Our favourite articles include ‘What Best Family Holiday Pros Do‘ and ‘Striking the Right Balance Between Being a Mum and Having a Social Life‘
Keep updated with Michaela on the Adventures of a Yorkshire Mum blog: www.adventuresofayorkshiremum.co.uk or on Twitter and Facebook.
6. The Motherload
The Motherload has fast become one of our favourite team of mummy bloggers. We love their hilarious Instagram posts and inspiring blog articles. Their honest approach is something we definitely admire, because whilst being a mum is fantastic, it’s certainly not all sunshine and rainbows like Pinterest would have us believe. Check out Time Management for Single Mums and Parenting Tips from a Bad Mum.
Be sure to check The Motherload gals out over at www.the-motherload.co.uk or on Instagram and Twitter.
